Setelah dicuba, hasilnya amat memuaskan hati.</div><div><br></div><div>Jadi saya letakkan resepinya disini untuk rujukan nanti ππ</div><div><br></div><div>Keledek Goreng</div><div><br></div><div>Bahan-Bahan</div><div><ul><li>500gram tepung beras (kurang pun tak apa)</li><li>1 biji telur</li><li>1 sudu kecil garam</li><li>2-3 sudu besar gula</li><li>1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit</li><li>Secubit kapur makan</li></ul><div>Cara membuatnya</div><div><ol><li>Campur semua bahan dan bancuh dengan air biasa. Bancuhan tepung akan menjadi warna peach. Part ni ada yang kata guna ais, tapi silap percaturan nanti tak pasal-pasal adunan makin cair. Ingat, ais mencair bukan beku. Tak payah guna ais pun memang rangup sangat.</li><li>Pastikan bancuhan jangan pekat sangat dan jangan cair sangat.</li><li>Minyak wajib banyak, jangan kedekut. Api wajib api besar.</li><li>Jangan selam lama bahan untuk celup tepung. Nanti adunan mudah pekat</li><li>Jika terlebih kapur, akan berbuih banyak dalam kuali nanti. Jadi, tipsnya, perahkan sikit limau nipis atau limau kasturi. Blend lagi sampai gula hancur. </div><div>3 - Tuangkan adunan ke dalam bekas. </div><div>4 - Masukkan tepung gandum, tepung beras dan yis. Gaulkan adunan sehingga sebati. </div><div>5 - Bahagikan adunan kepada beberapa bekas. Warnakan ikut suka. Perap adunan 1-2 jam. <li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Setelah habis 4 minit buka tudung dan kacau cepat-cepat hingga adunan pekat dan likat.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Ulang langkah 2 sebanyak dua kali ( keseluruhan masa memasak adalah 12 minit)</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Setelah habis 4 minit terakhir tekan butang off. Buka tudung dan kacau. Kemudian bolehla diangkat dan dihidangkan..</span></li>
